How we work
Platinum offers a range of services from basic network monitoring to leasing of a complete IT solution. Our sales representatives are expertly trained to identify the computer technology needs of a company and compile the options that are beneficial while reducing and managing service expenses. Once your IT solution has been implemented by our knowledgeable computer engineers most issues that may arise can be addressed remotely by the Platinum helpdesk support staff. For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, a computer engineer will be dispatched immediately to attend to the issue. 95% of concerns are dealt within the same day they are reported.
